After you downloaded the add-on extensions from the marketplace you can install them in blender 4.2.0 or higher. Edit → Preferences → Get Extensions → Install from Disk… → select the zip file → install.

You can find the add-on panels in the 3d-viewport by toggling the n-panel using the “n” key.
